As a celebration of the journeys that brought both the Swahili culture from the East African coast to the higher climes of the Serengeti all those centuries ago, AND ourselves to this wonderful country in the 1980s, the uniforms worn to serve our Out of Africa breakfast are the traditional kanzu and kofia.
